LOUNGE / DINING ROOM

The lovely bright and spacious lounge/dining area provides a great space where you and your family and friends can simply meet up or relax over a meal.

From here you can just chill out or catch up on the news back home, there is a widescreen satelite television with a DVD and CD player and a VHS system for your entertainment. Also a wide variety of films on both VHS and DVD for you to watch.

The dining table provides ample seating for you and your party for those times when you chose to dine in. There are three windows to let the light flood in and the stairs up to the rest of the hosue are accessed from here.

DOUBLE BEDROOM

The Double Bedroom is on the second floor and although quite small has a little balcony for you to get the first morning breeze, as with the rest of Casa Janchel, is tastefully decorated using the warmth of the colour palette found in the Mediterranean.

All the furnishings are locally sourced and with a wardrobe and dressing table made in wicker, this room has a very cosy feel,

This top third bedroom is only available for those of parties of 5 or 6 persons, As the two larger main guest bedrooms on the first floor are for the rentals of 2 to 4 guests.

BLUE TWIN ROOM

The Blue Twin Bedroom is bright and spacious with tiled flooring to keep the room cool in the hot summer months.

Storage for your clothes is taken care of with a large double wardrobe with built in drawers underneath. Each bed has it's own bedside unit with further storage for your personal items, and a bed side lamp and fan are at hand too.

A large mirror meets the needs of the most vain amongst us and the window floods the room with daylight. The heavy curtains will keep the morning sun out for those who prefer to skip the first few hours of the day.

ORANGE TWIN ROOM

The Orange twin/double Bedroom - can you guess where it gets it's name? has tiled flooring to keep you cool and heavy curtains to keep the light out if you wish.

Each of the beds has it's own bedside unit with storage for your personal items and a bedside lamp, the beds can be moved together if required and fitted with double bedding, there is a large double wardrobe with drawers undernesth and a dressing table with mirror and stall with plenty of plug points for all the plug in things we need.

There is a small balcony with french doors with views out onto the village, floor length heavy curtains keep the sun out if you want a lie in and a nice big fan to help you keep you cool on the hot nights.

BATHROOM

The Family Bathroom provides our guests with a full size bath and a seperate shower cubicle. The Bathroom is fully tiled and finished to a very high standard.

For your convenience, there is a further cloakroom on the ground floor.

KITCHEN

The Kichen is often the 'Hub' of any home and you should find that the kitchen in Casa Janchel meets your needs perfectly. A nice big window looking out onto the local road allows day light to flood in, or the lovely blind keeps the sunshine out.

Fully fitted with Washing Machine, Fridge/ Freezer, Microwave, Oven and Hob you will have all you need to make your stay here a pleasure.

You will also find all the usual small appliances like toaster, kettle, caffatier etc and utensils that you may require.

Of course, you could just eat out in the fantastic local bars and restraunts. They don't make you wash up afterwards....

SUN TERRACE

The private sun terrace is accessed via the internal stairwell and is on the roof, it is completely private for your sole use.

Furnished with wooden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers with cushions. Views over the village and to the sea. Ideal for private sunbathing, enjoying al fresco dining and the odd evening 'tipple' - Heaven.
